A private equity owned behavioral health services company was challenged in driving growth from its account management and business development teams 

The company wanted to develop an offsite sales training program and sales playbook that would bolster capabilities to drive growth and ensure consistent, high performance across sales staff   


How We Helped

  • Conducted internal interviews across commercial organization to understand organizational strengths and weaknesses
  • Convened steering committee and internal working group of high-performing sales staff to provide input on best practices and serve as internal champions
  • Developed offsite sales training materials and facilitation approach in collaboration with internal working group
  • Developed Version 1 of Sales Growth Playbook and corresponding roll-out plan with input from key stakeholders leveraging industry best practices 
  • Developed offsite training agenda
